Education:
Vierveijzer was educated at the Tilburg Academy for Visual Education.
Vierveijzer, a student of Nico Molenkamp, is directly inspired by Alphons Freijmuth. The Neue Wilden and CoBrA artists also influence his work, which is very colorful and expressive. His art often has a pinch of irony, which sometimes gives it a raw look. Sometimes figurative elements predominate, other times abstraction dominates. The themes of Vierveijzer's artworks, human emotions, are depicted with intensity. His work can serve as a warm bath for the viewer, but can also put a situation on edge.
Exhibitions and prizes:
In 2003 Vierveijzer won the National Sport and Art Contest of the Olympic Games, after which he took part in the international contest, where he took fifth place with the same canvas. Vierveijzer's work is regularly exhibited in the Netherlands, Denmark and Switzerland.
