Henri Titselaar (Sittard, 1917 - Den Bosch, 2013) said of himself: My personal artistic intentions are created from a subconscious world, which is related to cosmological, biological and psychological tendencies, which determine all of life. In other words: giving shape on a flat surface with shapes that are of a world view. As a visual artist I have been working in painting for 60 years. As a result, I have developed a very personal style that contributes to painterly innovation in Brabant. My works have been executed in various techniques, namely in oil paint/sand - case_ne tempera - acrylic - plastic/caparol and polyester (transparent and not transparent). In 1999 a book was published about my life and work with 200 pages and 156 depicted works in full color.
