Kamagurka (Luc Zeebroek) (Belgium 1956)
Kamagurka (Luc Zeebroek) was born on the Belgian coast. He studied at the KASK in Ghent but dropped out before his final exams. He started working as a cartoonist at HUMO and quickly gained fame with it.
Kamagurka publishes in various magazines and newspapers from the Netherlands, France, UK, Germany, Austria, USA and many others. He did several shows on Belgian and Dutch television, had a radio show with Herr Seele (his lifelong companion) on Studio Brussel, and performs all year round in the Netherlands and Belgium. He also wrote a children's fairy tale and two plays that were performed at NTG in Ghent. Kamagurka has published more than 25 comic books, from Bert and Bobje to Cowboy Henk.
As a painter he has also exhibited in several galleries in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Between 2011 and 2014, Kamagurka played with his theater performance SPROOK in various halls in Flanders and the Netherlands.
