You may only collect your purchases by appointment during our opening hours.

We kindly ask you to schedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. Please bring your own packaging material, as we do not provide this service. The collection deadline is 1 month from the invoice date.
We urge you to pay in advance via the online payment button on your invoice or by transferring the amount.
Viewing items in our office is not possible for the time being, unless you are seriously interested in a specific work that you may want to place a bid on. In that case, please e-mail us beforehand and let us know which item interests you, so that we can prepare it for your visit.
For reports on disputes during a sale/purchase, for reports on damages or for other customer service related questions, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail, if possible with all relevant information concerning the sale in question.
