Half Memory/Eternity Ring in 14 Karat yellowgold with 0,40 carat Brillants - Sold

This ring was made of 14 karat (585/-.) yellow gold and finished with 8 brilliant-cut diamonds, each 0.05 ct (0.40 ct in total). The diamonds have the color Top Crystal (slightly tinted white + or I) and the clarity VS1 (very small inclusions1) to VVS2 (very very small inclusions 2). The cut is very good and is reflected in a very strong brilliance.

The ring style is a semi-memory. Eight diamonds were set between two crabs on the top of the ring, with a small gold bar separating the individual stones. The polished gold bars represent an additional aesthetic element, which with its beautiful yellow gold color represents a wonderful contrast to the strong fire of the diamonds. An open window has been worked into the ring shank on the underside of each individual diamond to promote light transmission and maximize brilliance.

This ring belongs to the classic half-memory category, but stands out from this category with its playful elements. The crabs were worked very strong and massive, which makes them resemble the optical appearance of a zipper. The gold bridges between the diamonds separate the individual stones beautifully and can reflect the beautiful color of the gold. The massive crabs have the advantage that the diamonds are very safe and at the same time can catch light from all sides. Another advantage is the high suitability for everyday use, due to the strong rounding of these crabs you cannot get caught on any piece of textile. The massive and cambered (rounded) ring rail is very comfortable to wear and underlines the perfect suitability for everyday use of this ring.
