The work can also be picked up in 's-Gravenzande (near The Hague (Scheveningen), Rotterdam and Delft and 5 minutes from the beach). The term for collection, with advance payment, is very long. In other words, the buyer can pick up the work weeks or even months later and, if possible, combine it with a visit to one of the aforementioned cities or the beach.

From 1973 to 1979, Mes studied sculpture and monumental design at the Academy Minerva in Groningen. His studio is located in the city of Groningen, but he works on location worldwide.
As a sculptor, Mes makes sculptures in bronze and stone, but also uses other materials, such as copper and steel. A large part of his works has been placed in the Northern Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands, Mes' work can be found in Belgium, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Turkey, among others.
