Beautiful color screen print by Karel Appel from 1977. Title: De tovenaar.
Sheet size 50 x 50 cm, in perfect condition, never been framed. Hand signed EA copy, signed both by Karel Appel and by master printer Henk vd Vet. The authenticity of the work offered is fully guaranteed. A certificate of authenticity can be emailed upon request.
Provenance: Archive Henk van der Vet.
The work can be picked up in 's-Gravenzande (near The Hague (Scheveningen), Rotterdam and Delft and 5 minutes from the beach). The collection period, if paid in advance, is very long, in other words the buyer can collect the work weeks or even months later and, if possible, combine it with a visit to one of the aforementioned cities or the beach. The work can also be shipped. Our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday. The work must be shipped flat due to the thickness of the paper. As a result, the shipping costs are slightly higher.
It is special to know that this screen print comes from the private collection of Henk van der Vet (With Karel Appel, Henk van der Vet made the album Seven Summer Days in 1977, in which Appel painted his photographs).
