Floris Meydam - Thick-walled vase with air bubbles

Very heavy vase (Serica) designed by Floris Meydam for Royal Leerdam. The vase contains three rings with air bubbles that have different sizes. It was probably produced around 1970. Although the vase is in excellent condition without scratches, etc., except for a tiny chip at the bottom (see photo), there is some glass corrosion or a haze on the inside, especially at the top (see photo). That's a shame, but perhaps not too disturbing. If you fill the vase with water, the glass is clear. The vase is quite large and particularly massive and heavy. The asking price has been adjusted to reflect the fact that the vase is not in optimal condition. Still perhaps a nice object for the collector.
