Lambertus Petrus (Louis) de Leeuw (Arnhem 1875 - Dordrecht 1931) kreeg zijn opleiding aan Ambachtsschool en Kunstoefening in Arnhem en de Academie Minerva te Groningen. Hij is vooral bekend als tekenaar (karikaturen), lithograaf en schilder van landschappen en figuurvoorstellingen. Informatie: RKD. Als beroep van De Leeuw wordt in Scheen (1981) 'werkmeester en tekenaar' vermeld.
