Der Künstler
Mimmo Rotella
ist ein bedeutender Vertreter der europäischen Pop Art. Er gehörte zu den Neuen Realisten in Paris um Pierre Restany, arbeitete mit Arman, Christo, Caesar. Plakatabrisse standen im Mittelpun kt seines Wirkens, daher nennt man seine Kunst auch ?Decollage?, in der Tradition von Kurt Schwitters.
