Deze krijttekening is gedateerd "27 oct. 77". Gemaakt in de nazomer van 1977, toen De Kat een korte tijd linkshandig moest tekenen, omdat hij een lichte hersenbloeding had gehad tijdens zijn verblijf in Frankrijk.
Reproducties van een achttal van deze tekeningen gaf hij uit in boekvorm in een beperkte oplage: "Otto B. de Kat - tekeningen nazomer van 1977".
Dit betreft dus een originele tekening. Het werk is uitstekend ingelijst.
