Jos STOKBROEKX Berchem 1898 - Turnhout 1968. Painter and etcher of Still Lifes and the Kempen landscape. Lives in Turnhout since 1899 and studies at the Academy there. Finds his inspiration mainly in the desolation of the heath. Participates in numerous exhibitions. Retrospective in 1971 in Turnhout. Work in the Museum of Turnhout.
