Hendrikus Elias Roodenburg (The Hague, July 23, 1895 - Wassenaar, April 27, 1987) was a Dutch painter, draftsman, graphic artist, etcher, watercolorist and drypoint engraver.

Hendrikus Roodenburg was best known for his cityscapes of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht, among others.
