Een prachtig en groot kunstwerk te koop (afgemeerde boten, olieverf op board) van de Nederlandse kunstschilder Joop Kropff (1892-1979). Met lijst. Gesigneerd rechts onder. De afmetingen met lijst: 65 cm. x 99 cm. De board-maat is: 60cm. x 94 cm. De conditie van het kunstwerk is goed. De lijst heeft enkele gebruikssporen. Het werk is te bezichtigen bij Kunsthandel Martins anno 2018 te 2e Exloermond (Nederland). Het kunstwerk wordt geleverd met een echtheidscertificaat. De verzekerde verzending is gratis (binnen Nederland).
Biografie:
Joop Kropff bezocht de Academie van Beeldende Kunsten in Den Haag. Hij schilderde, aquarelleerde, tekende, etste en lithografeerde stillevens, portretten en landschappen. Van de oliewinning in de Zuidoosthoek van Drenthe, maakte hij de schoolplaat Olieveld Schoonebeek. Hij was lid van Pulchri Studio in Den Haag, maar ook van Pictura en de Haagse Kunstkring. Zijn kunst wordt stemmingsvol, teder en dromerig genoemd met vaak een donker coloriet.
