Op uitnoding van Ahold voor het 100 jarig bestaan op 27 mei 1987maakten 25 Nederlandse kunstenaars ieder 4 prenten. Ze mochten zelf bepalen of ze steendrukken. etsen of zeefdrukken wilden maken. Marinus Fuit was een van hen. Zijn blauwitte ballonnen: hij heeft ze nooit zo gezien. De combinatie van strandballen, luchtballonnen en scheepvaart verbeeld hier de stilte. De gehele beschrijving kan worden nagelezen in het totaaloverzichsboek, dat eveneens in de koop is gesloten. In dit boek staan alle 100 kunstwerken vervaardigd voor deze gelegenheid.
