Visual artist Pieter Drift (Vlaardingen, 1967) graduated from the Academy of Visual Arts in Rotterdam (Free Graphics) in 1991 and makes etchings, drawings and collages. In each work he tries to tell a story or take a snapshot of a story. The title is the finishing touch. He usually adds something or comments on what is happening within the work.
When purchased, the work can be picked up in 's-Gravenzande (near The Hague (Scheveningen), Rotterdam and Delft and 5 minutes from the beach). The collection period, if paid in advance, is very long, in other words the buyer can collect the work weeks or even months later and, if possible, combine it with a visit to one of the above-mentioned cities or the beach. Sees Vlag (Gouda, July 15, 1934 – The Hague, January 1, 2018) was a Dutch artist, graphic artist and painter. Vlag was best known for his architectural linocuts and screen prints in pastel shades.
