Sitting Nude Signed lower right "van der Meer" Undated (between 1950 and 1965) Size 40x 40 cm incl. frame van der Meer, Maarten DJ b. 1909 in Rotterdam ; student of JH Weijns, JE van de Wetering de Rooy and several others, Paints landscape, portrait, still life and figure. The extensive oeuvre mainly originated after 1950. The works bear the Van der Meer signature, without initials, as deposited with the Rijksbureau voor Kunsthistorische Documentatie. | |
