Hella Jongerius (1963)

Artist, Designer

Hella Jongerius investigates colours, materials and textures to arrive at complete and incomplete objects. Jongerius studied at the Design Academy Eindhoven, after which she started her design studio under the name Jongeriuslab. In 2009 a studio in Berlin was added. She has also worked as a teacher and as a designer for Vitra and Droog.
